Evan Jenne was born and raised in Broward County and currently resides in Dania Beach. Evan attended Florida State University where he earned his B.S. in Political Science in 1999. He later returned to FSU where he earned a Master’s in Public Administration in 2002.
Evan was first elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 2006. He was the Democratic Whip from 2006-2008, the Democratic Floor Leader of 2008 and will be the incoming Democratic Floor Leader for 2009 once re-elected.
